Logo and site development.

When evolving the logo I thought of the strong metaphor a builder's compass might make. The tag line here is, "Building public and private partnerships"; it seems to help visually cue the motto.
The simplified color palette and sober grays keep a clean, contemporary and business appropriate look and feel throughout the site.
